DIY Crafts by Kay: Transform Your Jeans Into Something New

Have some jeans that don't fit? Have way to many jeans and not enough shorts? If so, keep reading!!

Way to small

We all have that favorite pair of jeans that we've outgrown but jut can't seem to let go. You don't have to.

Cut off the bottoms of those boot cut jeans. If it can't fit around your head cut it and glue it back or sew it based off of your head size. Add a cute flower to it and its a totally-chic headband!
With the scraps you have from the craft above, make it into a cute bracelet. Or, cut up some more of the jeans and make some yarn! (click this link to find out how to make jean yarn) once you have your yarn, you can make any type of bracelet! Here are some examples: zipper stitch (gimp tutorial but works with yarn too), the butterfly (also with gimp),or the paracord stitch(made with yarn)

If you have a pair of cut-off jean shorts, then just grab some acrylic paint and paint some polka dots, stripes, chevron, etc on those shorts for a super cute look!
